Career Counselling Australia is an independent private practice led by Belinda Abela, a highly experienced Career Development Practitioner with over 20 years’ experience supporting individuals across recruitment, human resources, training, resource development, and education in Australia.
Belinda has spent more than 15 years specialising in disability employment, working closely with individuals with disabilities, injuries, and health conditions to identify strengths, overcome barriers, and achieve meaningful and sustainable employment outcomes. This experience underpins a strong commitment to inclusive, practical, and client-centred career support.
Belinda is passionate about supporting people to navigate career transitions and build confidence at every stage of their working lives. She works with clients from a diverse range of backgrounds, including:
